Yin/Yang- This class focuses on dual aspects. The Yin (feminine, receptive, reflective, introspective) features working within the deep connective tissues. This opens up energetic channels and energetic flow. And the Yang (masculine, light, active, outward) component develops muscular strength, stamina and flexibility. Yin and Yang are in a constant state of transformation. Together these two opposites harmonize in a full yoga practice with long deep holds evolving into an energizing and uplifting yoga sequence.
