In this two-hour workshop, we’ll release into our breath and restorative poses to open a doorway to a deep state of relaxation.  Come spend two hours of letting go and releasing into your breath to open a doorway to a deep state of relaxation. Restorative yoga is a powerful practice designed to balance the nervous system, as well as support the brain’s neural networks of peacefulness and contentment.
