#TovamiTip 1: If you can't reach the floor, use a block to find extra length or rest your hand on your shin! Make lengthening your spine a priority and take any modifications that you need in order to ensure that straight line.

#TovamiTip 2: If you have a tendency to hyperextend in the lower body, aim to keep a micro bend in that front knee. Take some of the stress out of that joint and use your muscles to support instead.
