Come to a forward fold at the top of your mat. Bend your knees as much as needed so that both hands can plant firmly on the ground. Bend your knees towards your nose and rise up on to your toes. Press your hands into the floor, engage your core, and try to lift your toes off the ground. Hold for three rounds of breath, release, and repeat 5 more times.
