Find your way to tabletop position with your shoulders stacked over your wrists and your hips stacked over your knees. Gently rock back and forth, observing how your weight feels in your wrists. Pause at any point that feels like a good stretch.
Then flip your hands so that your fingers point toward your knees. Observe and stretch.
Repeat with your fingers pointing away from each other and again with your fingers pointing toward each other as shown below.
