Lisa Kinsman, American Board Certified Reflexologist (2005)

Reflexology is a gentle yet powerful practice promoting stress relief and relaxation, releasing tensions throughout the body.  This can have a profound impact on the body's functions and is a non-invasive way to support better health and wellness. It is a wonderful complement to the practice of yoga.

In addition to foot reflexology, Lisa is trained in Face Reflexology and Conditioned Response Reflexology for pain management/relief (suitable for third trimester of pregnancy). A longtime yoga student and Tovami regular, Lisa is excited to share her practice with fellow members of the Tovami Community.
